Henkiloauto or Pakettiauto. Importing and Registration.

Hi all,

First post here, so hello everyone. I hope English is OK.

I would like to ask for some information about registering a pakettiauto.
Iv been thinking about getting a late 80's or early 90's Defender 90 with the bench or fold up seats in the back as the family 'hobby' car.

I think the car will only drive about 5000Km a year as it will be the family "hobby car". So to avoid paying 1000€+ a year 'dieselvero' I was thinking getting a pakettiauto.

I see in tulli.fi there are 5+ seat vehicles (Defender/Hilux/Ranger etc) imported as pakettiauto..
What requirements or How would I get a 6/7 seat Def90 registered as a pakettiauto :?: :?:

Any advice would be very welcome.
